Your personal data protection is very important to us. Therefore we process and use your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations.

In this privacy policy statement we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in regards to our website.

Above all, you have the rights to inquiry, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection.

The date with personal character contained in the Erasmus+ application form are processed according to the rules available and are treated according to the UE 2016/679 rule with reference to the person`s protection for processing the personal data and also with reference to data circulation based on 95/46/CE (General Rule referring to the data protection). According to the European legislation mentioned above you have the following rights: the right to be informed and have access to personal data contained in your application file, the right to change the data processed, the right to be forgotten, the right to restrict data processing, the right to say no to the creation of electronic profiles, to forbid the portability of your data, which allows others to access the personal date you provided. Your personal data will be processed only with the declared scope to implement Erasmus+ mobility. Your date will be transferred to the partners involved in your mobility, based on the “need of knowledge” in order to evaluate your application or to manage your grant, without transferring them to other authorities. In order to protect the financial interest of European Union, personal data can be transferred to the internal audit services, European Court of Accounts, European Office Against Fraud.
